STARRY WISDOM CULT: Bomb 1-Track Demo
Just a single track from the band, but one that manages to illustrate their mix of slower-paced stormy rock to excellent degree, as the band scythe their way through four minutes of quite powerful brooding indie-metal, with some churning guitar chords unleashed along the way as the rhythm section thunders along and the vocals are sung rather than hollered out, by a vocalist with quite a raw edge to his voice, even multi-tracked or harmony laden to add more depth to the performance. It's kept chunky, full-sounding but still relatively one-dimensional, although it has definitely got something going for it, for sure, as far as potential quality of writing and playing is concerned.
